What to include
A short description of the issue is usually enough. If you are reporting a calculation problem, it helps to include the name of the tool and the inputs you used. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, medical or financial information by email. A rounded or example version of the same figures is usually enough for us to investigate the issue.
What we can help with
- Calculation problem: a result that looks wrong or a tool that does not accept valid input.
- Accessibility problem: a barrier when using Xiliro with a keyboard, screen reader or other assistive technology.
- Incorrect content: a factual error in an explanation, worked example or cited source.
- Privacy enquiry: a question about the Privacy Policy or how a particular tool handles information.
- Legal enquiry: a question relating to the Terms of Use or another policy page.
- General enquiry: anything else about Xiliro.
What to expect
Xiliro is currently run by one person. Every message is read, but we cannot guarantee a particular response time.
There is no telephone support.
If a calculation or content error is confirmed, it will be reviewed and corrected. See the Corrections Policy for how that process works.
